How does the sizing run?
Our sizing is based off the average adult and child head circumferences. Of course every size differs per person and it is best to physically measure your head. You can find our size chart here.
What shipping options do your offer?
All purchases are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority, depending on weight. Priority shipping includes tracking and insurance up to $50.
International packages are shipped USPS FIrst Class for the best rate. Packages can take up to three weeks depending on the destination. There is no tracking for International packages. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like insurance added.
Please know what your country's import restrictions are from the US and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases, as these are completely out of our control.
We DO NOT ship any international orders as a gift.
(PLEASE NOTE) We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact us at email@example.com before purchasing.
Shipping labels are produced with the exact address given at checkout. Please review before submitting. Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address will be resent at the expense of purchaser.
We ship Monday through Friday.
All packages are shipped to the Ship To Address in the order confirmation. We are not responsible for any packages returned due to wrong addresses. If returned, the order will reship at the purchaser's expense.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow two business days to prepare your order to ship. You will receive an email once your label has been generated to allow you to track your order. If it has been more than three business days and you have not received your email, please check your spam folder or add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts. If you are in need of your items sooner, please send us an email at email@example.com to discuss your needs. Please do not leave in the comments of your order as sometimes those are not seen till printed out for shipping.
Do you offer custom orders?
Due to the demand and handmade nature of our items, we no longer accept custom orders. All of our designs are made in collections and the colors or prints at that time will not change or be added to until the next collection.
How often do you add new designs?
Our collections are released with each season change. For example: winter, spring, summer and fall are guaranteed new collections. We may also at times release small new design collections for holidays or special events.
Do you accept returns?
Currently at this time, because of the handmade nature of each item, we do not accept returns. We do accept exchanges with approval. If you are in need of an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Do you offer wholesale?
We currently do not offer wholesale . All new designs can only be found on our website.
